Irish Dancing on Tap!

Our audience loves Irish dancing, so we can expect a large and lively crowd when the Donny Golden School of Dancing visits the Garden City Casino at our March meeting! Like many of us, Donny Golden is the son of Irish born parents who settled in Brooklyn. Unlike most of us, at the age of sixteen, Donny won first place in the North American Irish Dance Championship competition. A lifetime of Irish Dance teaching followed. His students have won all of the prestigious dance awards and have appeared on stage with Irish legends like The Chieftains. Can you hear the tap shoes already? Bring your questions about costumes and hairstyles! We have a lively start to our 2024 season! Join us on Wednesday, March 13th at the Garden City Casino. The meeting begins at 7:00pm, and is free and open to the public.
